All garments coming to the laundry workshop are tagged to give them unique identification.
02Segregation Stage 1
The garments are segregated based on the type of Dry Cleaning they need: Perc based Dry cleaning or Hydrocarbon Based Dry Cleaning.
03Segregation Stage 2
The garments are segregated based on the colour pattern of the fabric: Whites, Colours, light colour and ornamental garments.
04Dry Cleaning
The garments are dry cleaned with Perc or Hydrocarbon based on the segregation done.
05Spotting
If garments have stains even after the Dry Cleaning process, they are treated with special chemicals
06Ironing
Each garment is ironed as per the requirements.

Each garment is inspected for quality

We have Perc Based Dry Cleaning Machine as well as we are among the first few to Introduce Hydrocarbon Based Dry Cleaning Machine in India. Dry Cleaning machines are made based on European Design and pattern. Dry Cleaning machines are programmed to run automatically for each load so that human interference is as low as possible. These machines can clean your garments 100 times and give the same result. The effectiveness of a dry cleaning machine is on how fast the machine can increase the temperature inside the drum upto 80 degree and how fast it can cool the clothes till 30 degree. This way it is able to kill all the bacteria present on the garment.

Perc based Dry Cleaning Machine means the machine that uses Perchloroethylene or Tetrachloroethylene as the solvent to clean the garment. The machine allows the solvent in which the garments are to be cleaned to reach a high temperature but never as high as its boiling point.

The Dry Cleaning Chemicals are refined products of petroleum. They are tested and certified with each batch before they are supplied to for any use.
