Terms And Conditions

The Terms and Conditions Agreement is between the customers and The Swiss Laundry Pvt. Ltd formerly Tresnupog Incomer Services India Pvt. Ltd. By using The Swiss Laundry services you thereby agree/accept the Terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions set out below (“Conditions”) apply to your use of the Site including the use of the information services offered on the Site.
In accessing, using, viewing, transmitting, caching or storing this Site or any of its services, functions, materials, or contents, you shall be deemed to have agreed to each and all the Conditions and notices in this Site without modification. Further, you agree to be bound by these Conditions so please carefully read this section before proceeding. If you do not accept these Conditions, you must refrain from using the Site. These Conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the Site.

  1. We reserve the right to change our privacy policies and price list without any prior notice. An update can be known by checking on the date of update for the same. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
  2. Defects, Damage, Stain anything on your garment noted at the time of pickup is only preliminary and not final. The final and complete checking of the garments will be done at our workshop by the experts
  3. We cannot take responsibility for running of dye, color fade, shrinkage of fabrics as it is a natural reaction because certain fabrics are not pre treated or have weakened due to prolonged usage.
  4. For Identification purposes all garments will be tagged.
  5. For all services we take utmost care in processing and use the method that is best suited to the garment but it does not mean, we can treat all stains. 100% stain removal guarantee cannot be provided.
  6. In the event of loss of any garment or any other way in which we accept the damage being done to the garment from our end, we will take the liability of up to 10 times the charge taken for the service of the garment.
  7. In case of full or partial compensation, we shall retain the garment for which the claim has been confirmed.
  8. In case the customer is not satisfied with the service or has any claims to be made, the same has to be done within 48 hours from the delivery time and related pictures and information needs to be shared with us for us to assist you with the issue.
  9. We will be responsible for your order only for 30 days from the date of pickup, after which we will not take any liability.
  10. In case the order is not collected within 30 days a storage charge of 30% of your invoice amount will be applicable for every subsequent month and any offer or discount provided on the invoice will stand null and void.
  11. Payments have to be made via Cash/Card/Online via Razorpay or UPI before or at the time of delivery.
  12. We charge INR 15 per hangers and Government taxes as applicable on each invoice.
  13. The data stored by third party i.e. Razorpay is not related to us in any way.
  14. The pick-up and Drop service we provide is complimentary until and unless minimum billing is of 5 Garments or of INR 1000, otherwise it is chargeable as per the location.
  15. Our working hours are from 10 am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. During the non-working hours our Main contact numbers will remain on IVR and we shall revert back to you once work resumes.
  16. We have an option of giving the customers a chance to inform their preferred time while they book a pickup via APP/Whatsapp/website or on call, but there can be a mismatch in the preferred timing considering some unforeseen conditions.
  17. The standard delivery time is a minimum of 2 working days( does not include national holidays and weekly offs as decided by the management) but there can be a delay due to unforeseen situations which cannot be claimed by the customer in any way.
  18. Express service can be rendered in minimum 1 working day and is charged 50% extra on the standard rates whereas same day service is charged 100% extra.
  19. No discounts or offers can be claimed on a) Express b) Urgent c) Ironing d) Kids garments(Kids below 5 years of age).
  20. Our billing process is 100% online and we shall provide you all the updates via SMS/Email/Whatsapp. The printed booking slip will be provided to you with your delivery.
  21. In case of a requirement of GST Invoice kindly contact us separately.
  22. Customers may get promotional/transactional information via SMS/Email/Whatsapp or any other new medium. In case they want to stop the same, they need to contact The Swiss Laundry and provide the required information.
  23. Skin disease, contagious disease, illness to be informed prior to the booking. Swiss Laundry may deny pick up or delivery facility till the time the client has any such illness. In case of no information of such illness, Swiss Laundry can claim any damages if they occur due to negligence from the client.
  24. Pictures of garments may be recorded by Swiss Laundry for future reference.
  25. We are not affiliated with any other laundry or brand unless otherwise stated on our website. No claim from any other laundry or affiliation will be entertained.
    Any dispute in relation to service is under kolkata jurisdiction court.
